Please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions prior to using our website or making a purchase with us. By using our website or making a purchase with us you agree to our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions are subject to change. Our product specifications are subject to change.

 

  1. Installation

It is imperative that you have followed the product instructions before installing the product.

It is also imperative that you have understood and therefore calculated the true load before installing the product. Overloading one of our products due to inefficient or poorly designed lamp power supplies is not our responsibility. In the event of a lamp failure where the lamp creates a short circuit this may cause a dimmer to stop working this type of failure would not be covered by us as it is deemed to be a miss use of the product and therefore any claim should be made against the lamp or fitting manufacturer.

 

 

 

  1. Website

Using our website you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. All photographs, text, PDF documents, and videos are property of Zano Controls Limited and you are not permitted to copy any part of them in any way without prior written permission from Zano Controls Limited.

 

  1. Deliveries

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information, but also the name of its recipient. We will not be held liable for the delivery of your order as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

If the delivery address is a building site or an address where multiple people are working it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of the goods once they have been delivered to the address you have provided we will not be held liable for goods going missing or being damaged from the time they have been delivered.

 

  1. Returns

If you wish to return a product you must notify us via email sales@zanocontrols.co.uk or call 0345 519 5858 within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days from when you informed us you will be returning the goods. The returned goods must be unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. You must be able to provide proof of purchase.

 

  1. Refunds

In the event of a product being returned to us following our terms and conditions we will provide a refund within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
