Why did you become an electrician?
Having helped my dad out with projects as a kid, I eventually followed him into the trade – electricity has always fascinated me.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy providing bespoke solutions for a variety of different customer needs. Every day is different, and it certainly has its challenges (and don’t we know it!).
What's the most interesting job you've completed to date?
Upgrading the public address system at the Royal Albert Hall.
What are the biggest challenges you face day-to-day?
Wearing the many caps needed to run my own business.
What services have been most in demand this year?
Energy management – such as internet-enabled heating controls.
Fun fact about you?
I am a bit of a Lego fanatic! (Luck has it, so are we…)
How did you find out about Zano Controls?
I have installed Zano dimmers many times over the years.
What's the biggest LED dimming problem you've faced?
Multi-switch position dimming.
What's your go-to Zano product?
My go-to would have to be the ZGRIDLED+.
If you could rewire anyone's house, who would it be?
It would have to be James Hetfield or Lars Ulrich (of Metallica fame)
